Stevens Institute of Technology

The Service Management offering at Stevens is comprised of 15 different programs.  Each program is available as an individual Graduate Certificate or as a 12 course Master of Science or as a 20 course MBA. The purpose of these programs is to prepare managers, consultants, and senior technical staff for the challenges of leading organizations in their efforts to leverage information technology.

The programs are designed to meet the needs for service management excellence at strategic, tactical, and operational levels. To be successful in todays dynamic environment requires individuals that have an appropriate balance of technical, management, business, industry, and interpersonal (e.g., communications, teams) skills. The Stevens offerings are designed to provide students with the appropriate skills that are in demand, while also providing education on the fundamentals of Service Management, and providing the flexibility to focus on a specific area of specialization.  The demand for leadership in Service Management continues to grow and the Stevens' offerings are developing the next generation of Service leaders. Stevens leadership has produced a unique set of offerings that is distinctive and challenging, based on a multi-disciplinary approach that is flexible and integrated.  Stevens programs are accredited by Middle States and ABET, and their AACSB accreditation is underway.
