Fran Dramis

Fran Dramis is the past Chief Information, Ecommerce and Security Officer for BellSouth.  Mr. Dramis joined BellSouth Corporation in 1998. Before joining BellSouth, Mr. Dramis founded CIO Strategy, Inc., an information technology consulting firm.  As one of the country's top IT leaders, Mr. Dramis has been recognized by a variety of publications as a top CIO. His awards include:
•    CIO Magazine's CIO 100 Award in 1999
•    CIO Magazine's Top 100 Leaders for the Next Millennium in 2000
•    Computerworld's Premier 100 IT Leaders in 2002

Because of his past CEO and CIO experiences, Mr. Dramis has been sought after for public and private board positions. He is currently serving on the boards of Avocent, Netezza and Ditech Networks. He has previously served on the boards of webMethods Inc. and RealOps Inc. until their mergers were completed.  He is also on several private company advisory boards, including Diabetech, Virima and IOCOM.  

Mr. Dramis is the author of several articles on change and leadership and is a frequent speaker at technology and leadership forums. 

Chuck Harrison

Sun Microsystems, Inc.

Chuck is the Client Executive Director for AT&T at Sun Microsystems. In this position he is responsible for growth, revenue and customer satisfaction on a Global basis. Earlier positions Chuck held at Sun were Regional Director of Sales Service Provider,  Corporate Account Executive AT&T,  Director Sales East Area and Global Account Manager AT&T. Prior to joining Sun in 1980, Chuck worked as sales representative for Warren E Collins Inc and Lamont Medical Equipment Inc.

Chuck holds a BS in Marketing from Rowan University.

Mark Kirby

Liberty Mutual

Mark Kirby is a Vice President with Capgemini’s Telecom Media and Entertainment practice responsible for large program delivery. He is responsible for the technical delivery practice and manages an IT delivery staff consisting of approximately 200 onshore and 300 offshore resources..

Mark has 14 years of of diverse information systems experience, focusing on the delivery of complex, integrated, enterprise scale platforms and architectues for Telecommunications companies.

Immediately prior to joining Capgemini’s consulting practice, Mark was Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture and Development at BellSouth and AT&T, and was responsible for BellSouth’s Enterprise Architecture organization.  During his time at BellSouth he led the Architecture, Testing and Program Management functions for BellSouth’s Broadband Transformation program; a $300M+ program to deploy a next generation BSS and OSS platform and convert more than 3 million customers accounts to the new platform.

Having worked in Africa, South America, and the United States, Mark has extensive international experience with the design, construction and implementation of global IT infrastructure.

Mark holds a MS in Mechanical Engineering, The Pennsylvania State University, State College, PA and a BS in Mechanical Engineering, The Pennsylvania State University, State College, PA

John Pasqua

AT&T Executive (former); Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University

John is presently responsible for teaching both business and mathematics/computer science undergraduate courses at the Fairleigh Dicksinson University. Specifically, the courses have included business decision modeling using linear programming techniques, computer hardware and software design principles, computer applications and operating systems, business statistical applications and techniques, and contemporary mathematical methodologies.

AT AT&T – Business Services, John, as Vice President – Customer Experience Re-engineering, was responsible for re-engineering critical elements of the enterprise-wide (“Quote-to-Cash”) process used to deliver and support the network services AT&T offers its business customers.


Prior to joining AT&T in 1987, John worked for Bell Laboratories.


He holds a MS in Mathematics/Computer Science from St. John’s University and a BS, in Mathematics, also from St. John’s University.

Guy Talor

Accenture

Mr. Taylor is a Partner in the Management Consulting practice of Accenture, a global consulting, technology and outsourcing services organization.  He joined Accenture in 1987 and has twenty five years of business and IT consulting services experience.  
Mr. Taylor leads the Accenture Customer Relationship Management practice in Canada, helping clients better structure their operations around the needs of their customers, and drive innovation into their Marketing, Sales and Service capabilities.  During his career at Accenture, Guy has undertaken a wide range of consultative, account management and delivery leadership positions at large business organizations including AT&T, Telstra, Verizon, AOL, Cablevision, and Comcast.


Prior to joining Accenture, Guy worked for computer services organizations in both the U.S. and in the United Kingdom.


He holds a Bachelor of Science honors degree in Computer Science from Brunel University, England.

Merrill Tutton

AT&T Corporate Officer (former)

Merrill Tutton is currently Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey Graduate School of Business.  His focus is the strategic marketing and management of services in today’s increasingly competitive environment.    He was also Chair of the Board of Advisors for the Center for Services Leadership at the W.P. Carey School for a number of years.


Before joining the ASU faculty Tutton was an executive with AT&T for 32 years where he held a number of roles in engineering, marketing, operations, and sales, culminating in key executive positions.  The most significant being President of the Consumer Communications Services business, the Long Distance and Consumer Services that represented about $25 billion of the firms sales. From 1993 to late 1997, Tutton was located in London as President AT&T UK and Europe, Middle East and Africa.


Tutton has a B S.C.E. from Iowa Sate University, attended the American Studies Program at Williams College, The Wharton Schools’ Advanced Marketing Program and received a Master of Science in Management in Stanford University’s Sloan Program.
