| This course will cover the many variations and complex manifestations of Relationship Management (RM) in the 21st century corporation in the context of IT outsourcing. Students will be exposed to both theoretical models and practical case studies to more fully develop a set of knowledge and skills to help them with RM related issues. Students will learn how to place outsourcing relationships within the general context of RM and identify the unique aspect of Outsourcing relative to other areas of RM. The issue of offshore outsourcing will particularly be discussed in the context of RM. |
