The tools and techniques that will form the foundation of the course can be applied to a broad range of valuation topics that extend beyond securities (or public equities) and will encompass pricing for: private enterprise valuation and term sheets; intellectual property rights and patents; marketing and distribution agreements; commercial real estate leases; licensing agreements; options and insurance contracts. The course will center on intrinsic enterprise or project evaluation and will build upon the concepts introduced in the basic Corporate Finance course. |
