MGT 612 The Human Side of Project Leadership
Project success depends to a great extent on building
relationships and interpersonal influence. Success in motivating others,
organizing and leading project teams, communication and conflict management are
just a few areas critical for project success. This course stresses experiential
skill development. Its main purpose is to help students understand, analyze and
develop their own effectiveness when it comes to leading and managing others in
project based work.
