This will aid you in preparing your Study Plan. An approved Study Plan must be on file with the Graduate School. Should you decide to make a change to your Study Plan you should do so with your Academic Advisor's input and approval.

An Application for Candidacy (AC) is an absolute requirement for graduation. Your AC must be approved by your Academic Advisor and received by the Graduate School before November 1 for Fall completion or April 1 for Spring completion.
