Background
Dr. Fotios C. Harmantzis, born in Greece, earned his technical education at the Universities of Toronto, Pennsylvania and Crete, and his managerial education at Stern, Wharton and Rotman Business Schools. Prof. Harmantzis' research and teaching interests include quantitative finance, risk management, real options, economics of telecom, investment analysis in IT, and pricing of telecom networks services. Prof. Harmantzis has professional experience in the US, Canada and Europe, mainly in the financial services sector. He is a research associate at EDHEC-Risk and Asset Management research center in France and a Director at the Real Option Group (ROG).
