The Service Management program is a multi-disciplinary program, drawing from Information Systems, System Engineering, Management Science and Engineering. Pharmaceutical Management This program is designed to develop a Cross-Industry Manager. A manager who sees the big picture and has a comprehensive understanding of all areas of the pharmaceutical industry. Managers who are more effective in their positions because they understand how their own area applies, relates to, and affects the entire value chain, from drug discovery to market. They can also sit across the table from a group with a different function and speak their language. Communications Technology ManagementWhether you are in pharmaceuticals, financial services, retail, or other communications services that direct to end users – the success of your company is increasingly tied to the availability, security, and efficiency of your network.
