Stevens Institute of Technology joins IDS Scheer's Innovation & Education NetworkAppointment Represents One of Eight Initial Members on Four ContinentsHOBOKEN, N.J. (July 2nd, 2007). Stevens Institute of Technology today announced that it has joined the IDS Scheer Innovation & Education (I&E) Network. IDS Scheer is the leading provider of Business Process Management (BPM) and officially launched its I&E Network at ARIS ProcessWorld 2007 held in Berlin in June 2007.
"We are excited to be part of IDS Scheer's Innovation and Education Network. It will help us in applying our academic research to industry and proves once more that Stevens has become a thought leader in BPM," said Dr. Michael zur Muehlen, Director of Stevens' SAP/IDS Scheer Center of Excellence in Business Process Innovation. "The innovation and education network allows us to look into cutting-edge developments and direction in the field of BPM and related areas." Stevens was named a Center of Excellence in BPM by SAP/IDS Scheer in 2004.
