Vice President of Product Development for Warner Music Group

Mike Elias is currently the Vice President of Product Development within Warner Music Group’s Business Development team. His professional career focus has been on new media and emerging technologies especially since joining Warner Music in 1998. In his career he has consistently brought innovations from abstract concept thru launch. Mike did a brief role within Deutsche Bank from 2007-2008 as Vice President of Architectural and Engineering with a focus on innovation where he helped structure global innovation groups within the bank while overseeing proof of concept evaluations. Additionally Mike has held a range of positions within Warner Music Group including managing the Digital Technology and Architecture team where he was responsible for development and evaluation of media-based technologies and the coordination of taking many of them to production. He also was as early leader in Web Services, where he oversaw consolidation and building of many of WMG’S web environments.

Mike also served in the US Marines Corps Infantry where he led a team in the command operations center for 1st Battalion 1st Marines.
