2004 Conference May

The Fifteenth Annual Conference will take place on Tuesday, May 11 from 8:30-4:00 at AT&T Laboratories in Florham Park, NJ. The topic is Retaining and Motivating Key Technical Personnel. Speakers will be Joan McManus-Massey, Director of Human Resources at AT&T Laboratories, Ann Langbein, Director of Human Resources for IBM's Watson Laboratories, David Lenzner, former Vice President of Human Resources at Xerox and General Instrument Corporations, and Richard Reilly, Professor in the Howe School of Technology Management of Stevens Institute.
