People at CEBPIThe Center of Excellence for Business Process Innovation is an association of researchers from Stevens Institute of Technology and affiliates from several international Universities and Companies. Research projects within the center address the question of how organizational processes can be better supported by technology, and how business process technologies can be better managed in organizations. Technology InfrastructureSince its inception 2004 the center hosts a state-of-the-art BPM technology lab hosts different business process management products, process modeling, simulation and automation tools that were donated by industry. Core StaffProfessors zur Muehlen, Nickerson, and Stohr are studying the interplay of processes and organizations. Three PhD students, Danny Ting-Yi Ho, Gerrit P. Kamp, and Xiangyu Lai are supporting the research program. International CollaborationsSuccessful international collaborations with Queensland University of Technology, Eindhoven University of Technology and the European Research Center for Information Systems have led to a number of successful grant applications and are the basis of ongoing projects that evaluate process management practices in different regions and cultures. Visiting CEBPIA number of international research scholars and researchers-in-residence are visiting CEBPI and complete work on Masters' and PhD Theses on site.
